By accessing or using the Syntiva platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered accounts, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Syntiva provides an AI-powered SEO audit and reporting platform. The Service includes automated site crawling, technical SEO analysis, content gap identification, structured data recommendations, and report generation and export features. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must register for an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Crawl or audit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit.
• Attempt to overwhelm, attack, or disrupt third-party servers through our platform.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without written permission.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of charge if the Service has materially failed to perform.

Downgrading or cancelling your plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and functionality of the Syntiva platform is owned by Syntiva and protected by intellectual property laws. Reports generated by the Service based on your data are owned by you. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audits are error-free, that recommendations will improve your search rankings, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request immediate deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
